Most unused, unopened goods with packaging in good condition have a 30-day change-of-mind window, excluding commercial sales. Some entertainment products have different rules. Marketplace sellers have their own policies. For eligible faulty goods, contact JB for approval before incurring transport costs; Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.
